At Baobab Decor, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across South Africa. We aim to make your shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently offer delivery across South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders typically take between 1 to 5 business days to arrive, in all major metro areas.(Our delivery Statistics - Gauteng 1 day until delivery , Rest of S.A average of 4 days until Delivery)
  • Outlying Areas: For remote locations, delivery may take slightly longer, approximately 5 to 10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: We offer express shipping to ensure quicker delivery times. Gauteng will receive their parcels within 24 Hours and all other provinces will be delivered within 2 days at an extra cost.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Partners:

  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly on the our website.

Shipping Costs:

  • All orders qualify for free shipping—no minimum purchase amount required.
  • Express Shipping is also available to speed up delivery times for an additional fee.
